FULL OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY RULES, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS

NO PURCHASE OR DONATION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored and administered by SOLWYRX PADDLE GEAR, LLC (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and legally able to receive and possess the prize.

Not eligible:

• Immediate family members of Sponsor

• Individuals residing in Sponsor’s household

• Individuals materially involved in the administration, operation, advising, or execution of this giveaway

Void where prohibited by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules.

3. How to Enter

Entries are accepted only through the official entry form on the Sponsor’s website, which is the sole method of entry.

The giveaway entry period begins March 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends March 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. No entries submitted before or after this period will be valid.

Submission of the entry form does not require any purchase, payment, or donation, and participants may not provide money or other consideration to enter. Doing so will not increase the odds of winning.

All entries must be complete and truthful. Fraudulent, automated, duplicate, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.

4. Fundraiser & Prize Connection

The giveaway is a completely separate promotion from the Sponsor’s fundraising activities. The prize will be awarded only if the Sponsor’s separately conducted fundraising campaign reaches the stated goal of $2,000 during the same timeframe as the giveaway, from March 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM PT through March 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT. Funds raised outside this period will not count toward the goal.

If the fundraiser goal of $2,000 is met within the timeframe, the giveaway drawing will occur on March 31, 2026 or within the seven (7) day winner determination period immediately following March 31, as described in Section 7. The timing of when the goal is reached within the period does not affect the drawing date.

If the fundraising goal is not met by 11:59 PM PT on March 30, 2026, the giveaway will not take place, and no prize will be awarded.

No purchase, payment, or donation is required to enter the giveaway, and contributions to the fundraiser do not affect eligibility or odds of winning.

5. Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received. No method of entry, purchase, or donation increases the odds of winning.

6. Prize Description

One (1) used kayak will be awarded.

• The kayak is in very good, near-new condition.

• Approximate retail value when new: $1,200.

• Prize is awarded AS IS, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative will be provided. Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Winner Selection & Timeline

Winner will be selected at random only if the fundraising goal is met within the stated timeframe.

The giveaway drawing will occur on March 31, 2026 or within the seven (7) day winner determination period immediately following March 31, provided the $2,000 fundraising goal is reached by 11:59 PM PT on March 30, 2026. If required, sponsor may extend or modify the winner determination period if reasonably needed to find a winner if redraw/s are required or other reasonable reasons deem it necessary to do so. If no eligible winners are found within a max of 14 days after March 31st with using reasonable effort, another giveaway may take place and sponsor may decide whether to do so or not, and can decide in it’s sole discretion what actions will be taken going forward.

Selected winner must respond within 48 hours of initial contact. Failure to respond, ineligibility, refusal of the prize, or inability to arrange reasonable delivery may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

8. Disqualification

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who:

• Violates these Official Rules

• Provides false or misleading information

• Engages in fraudulent or deceptive conduct

• Attempts to manipulate the giveaway

• Engages in conduct that materially undermines fairness or integrity

• Exhibits disrespectful, abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate behavior toward any person or entity involved in administering, conducting, or supporting the giveaway

All decisions are final and made in good faith.

9. Shipping, Delivery & Transfer of Possession

Winner is responsible for all shipping or transportation costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Primary delivery method: The prize will typically be shipped via mail, carrier, or other standard delivery services within the United States only, arranged by Sponsor. Winner is responsible for providing accurate shipping information and covering any associated costs. Sponsor is not liable for delays, loss, damage, or mishandling by any carrier.

Optional personal delivery: Personal delivery, including meetup at a mutually agreed location, is available up to 60 miles from Sponsor’s base location only upon request. Availability may vary and is at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any personal delivery must be mutually agreed upon in advance by both Sponsor and the winner. If Sponsor elects to provide personal delivery, a reasonable fee may be charged to cover time, travel, and other expenses, if deemed necessary. There is no obligation that the sponsor does personal delivery.

Arrangements beyond 60 miles: Any delivery or transportation beyond 60 miles must be separately arranged and agreed upon in writing, with all costs covered by the winner, and sponsor has no obligation to do personal delivery or meet up beyond 60 miles.

Risk of loss: Risk transfers to the winner upon pickup, release to a carrier, or other mutually agreed delivery method. Sponsor assumes no liability for damage, loss, or delays during transit.

Failure to arrange delivery: If a mutually reasonable delivery or shipping arrangement cannot be reached, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

10. Taxes and Expenses

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prize.

11. Liability Release

By entering, participants agree to release and hold Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives responsible only to the extent permitted by law from any claims, damages, losses, or liability of any kind arising from:

• Participation in the giveaway

• Acceptance, possession, or use of the prize

• Any errors, omissions, or technical malfunctions related to entry submission, selection, or notification

• Shipping, delivery, or transportation of the prize

Winner assumes all risks associated with the prize, including but not limited to its condition, use, or transportation. Sponsor is not responsible for any injuries, property damage, or losses resulting from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.

12. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, Sponsor may request permission from the winner to use their name, likeness, city of residence, and statements for promotional purposes. Sponsor will first communicate with the winner to obtain consent. The winner may approve or refuse any such use at their discretion.

13. Privacy

Information collected through entry will be used solely for administration of the giveaway and for reasonable communications related to the prize.

Personal information will not be sold.

14. Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Oregon.

15. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions made by Sponsor in accordance with them.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway and/or fundraiser if necessary due to fraud, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
